• Bathrobes ( for stays of 1 night, bathrobes are not included in the price and can be rented at a cost of € 10,00 per person ).
• Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the sauna area.

Tourist Tax

Persons aged 14 years and over have to pay in all south tyrolean tourist
accommondation a tourist tax of € 3,60 per person per night.
This fees is not included in the total price of your stay.

Our cancellation conditions 

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip due to unexpected events. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance .You can find further information regarding the travel cancellation insurance on our homepage.

• A deposit that has been paid will not be refunded.

• For cancellations made up to 40 days before arrival, the deposit will be converted into a voucher valid for up to one year from the date of written cancellation for the same length of stay as the cancelled reservation, subject to availability and the current price list. Valid only for direct bookings through us or our website. Not valid for bookings on external online portals.

• With a cancellation within 39 to 20 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.

• With a cancellation within 19 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.

• With a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

•The cancellations or changes must be writing by email.

Deposit
In order to make a binding reservation, we kindly ask you to send us a deposit of 30% (netto)of the total amount of the room by bank transfer. Please note that any bank charges are at your expense. The deposit is considered as a guarantee for the confirmation of the room for both parties. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.See the cancellation conditions above.We suggest you arrange a cancellation insurance.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

Check-in time:On the day of your arrival the rooms are guaranteed from 2 pm onwards.

If you arrive after 7 pm, we please ask you to contact us.

Late Check-in: for a late check-in after 10 pm an extra charge of € 50,00 applies.

Check-out: The day of your departure the room has to be free at 10 am.

Room reservation: All the rooms are non-smoking areas.It is forbidden to smoke in the room.The pictures shown on our website are examples of your possible accomodation but they are non-binding.It is not possible to choose the room, the table in the dining room, and the parking space in the garage.

Meals and services : meals or services which have not been made use of will not be refunded.

Garage:we offer one parking space per room (max. height 2.20 m). For any additional cars per room a parking space will not be guaranteed or a € 20,00 fee will be charged. We have no outside parking spaces.
