Included Services

  • Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared lounger, Kneipp basin and a tea corner.
  • The saunas will be operating everyday:
  • in winter from 15:30 to 19:00 and in summer 16:00 to 19:00
  • Panorama Relax Point with view of the Dolomites. On the comfortable relax loungers and sofa you can relax in front of an electric effect fireplace and unwind after a hard day's work.
  • Open daily from 10 am to 20 pm.
  • Bathrobes are free of charge during a minimum stay of 3 nights. In other case , they can be rented for € 10,00 per person.
  • Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the sauna area.
  • One parking space per room in the garage (max. height 2.20 m).
  • Val Gardena Mobil Card (free use for all ski and public busses).
  • Val Gardena Active .
  • Garden with lawn and sun loungers.
  • Only in winter : Ski room with private and heated lockers, where you can easily store your ski equipment ( access control and video surveillance ).

 

Tourist Tax

Persons aged 14 years and over have to pay in all south tyrolean tourist
accommondation a tourist tax of € 2,80 per person per night.
This fees is not included in the total price of your stay.

 

Prices:

All prices are per person and day and are in euros.

A surcharge may apply for short stays of less than 3 days.

Reduction for the third person in the room

  • 0-2 years € 10,00 / day
  • 0-6 years -50%
  • 6-12 years -30%
  • over 13 years - 20%

Surcharge double room for single use depending on the season +50 til +70%.

 

Dogs , pets or other animals are not allowed.

Cancellation conditions

Our cancellation conditions :

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip due to unexpected events. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. You can find further information regarding the travel cancellation insurance (which also covers cancellations due to COVID 19) on our homepage.

A deposit that has been paid will not be refunded and the cancellation must be made in writing.

 

•For cancellations up to 40 days bevore arrival, the deposit will be credited for a maximum of 1 year ( with the same length of stay as the cancelled reservation), according to our availability and current price list.

•With a cancellation within 39 to 20 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.

•With a cancellation within 19 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.

•With a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

 

Deposit
In order to make a binding reservation, we kindly ask you to send us a deposit of 30% (netto)of the total amount of the room by bank transfer. Please note that any bank charges are at your expense. The deposit is considered as a guarantee for the confirmation of the room for both parties. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. We suggest you arrange a cancellation insurance.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. Good to know

Check-in time:On the day of your arrival the rooms are guaranteed from 14.00 o’clock onwards.

If you arrive after 19.00 o’clock, we please ask you to contact us.

Late Check-in: for a late check-in after 22.30 an extra charge of € 30,00 per room applies.

Check-out: The day of your departure the room has to be free at 10.00 o’clock.

Room reservation: All the rooms are non-smoking areas.It is forbidden to smoke in the room.The pictures shown on our website are examples of your possible accomodation but they are non-binding.Therefore it is not possible to choose the floor, the room or the parking space in the garage.

Meals and services : meals or services which have not been made use of will not be refunded.

Garage: we offer one free parking space per room. For any additional cars per room a parking space will not be guaranteed or a € 20,00 fee will be charged.
